New forum

Since vBulletin is falling apart and not free, we are using phpBB. There will be some efforts to look at transferring old forum content. In the meantime the old forum will stay up at the same URL, but the link in the navbar will point here. Changing forum software also has implications for the ladder, which will again have to be resolved later. In the meantime we should have a new forum that works.

And we already have 6 users! I wonder how many are bots - my guess is 4.
