The story:
It's the 1 hour 5 min mark and I'm at clvl 28. This one (Peltor 470) started out with insane melee numbers. Strong enough to pummel my way through and complete the 'Sting' within the 1st hour mark since GAME START. My melee numbers were as high as 511 at the 1 hour 2 min mark. However, just some minutes after the 1st hour mark, Balo turned me into a Dwarf, causing me to lose the Tonberry's melee bonuses. I was not fond of that at all.

That said, looking at how this one is, despite the recent turning into a Dwarf, it still the ingredients for me to continue making decently fast progress wiothout taking too much time:
1) 'Sting'
2) Auto-ID headgear
3) Extra legs mutation
4) Staff of Speed
5) Cloak of Merry
6) AC 97
7) Overall, very good stats, even with the INT of 16

So, I think I can move forward hopefully as fast my Tonberry counterparts. We'll see....

At one point, I had a Great Wyrm of Space-Time as a sideback. But, the stupid thing ran away!

The story:
It's the 6 hour 47 min mark and I'm at clvl 41. I have come a long ways to get this far as Chaos-Warrior in the PosChengband 5.0.x era. If you didn't know already, I had been turned into a Balrog since clvl 33. I completed the Camelot and Labyrinth dungeons so far. I spent the majority of time fighting dudes in the Arena dungeon, picking off uniques. My melee damage is capped at 404 Normal damage unless I get equipment adding melee damage bonuses or somehow get turned back into a Tonberry (I wish!). But, 404 Normal damage is good as long as I pay attention.

As this point, it looks like Peltor 470 will prevail in the late game. We'll see how this goes.

The story:
It's the 8 hour 31 min mark and I'm at clvl 43. Making quite a bit of progress in the Arena dungeon. Those Staves of Confusing Lights are absolutely awesome. Most recently, I finally have my hands on the 4th Daemon book!

In the meantime, I'll have to clean up the home as it is completely full now!

It's the 10 hour 12 min mark and I'm at clvl 45. Leveled up in the Arena dungeon as you'd expect. I had some scary calls, especially with Locke. And just a few minutes before saving the chardump at the 10 hour 12 min mark, I got turned back to the Tonberry by the Stone of Chaos' Polymorph activation. And my melee damage is now unreal - 763 Normal damage - but of course it's from the Tonberry great melee bonuses with lightweight weapons. There you go!

The story:
It's the 15 hour 16 min mark and I'm at clvl 49. I cleared out the Cloning Pits and Old Castle quests. I already killed entrance guardians of R'lyeth and Mount Olympus. If you haven't realized yet, Peltor 470 is now my highest ranked Chaos-Warrior on the PosChengband ladder! I have to watch out for that Confusion vulnerability! This is the farthest I've been as a Daemon-realm Chaos-Warrior as well! I did some reforge trials. Here are some results:

1) The Pair of Dragon Wings of Yoichi [4,+20] (+1) {DxChSrIf;DiFe;Lv(Ch}
2) The Set of Dragon Gloves 'Winblows' [4,+15] (+1) {WiSl;AcEl}
3) The Pair of Dragon Boots 'Avavir' [5,+18] (+1) {DxIf;CoBl}

Anyways, I think I have start dong some Angband quests and killing more dungeon guardians (the ones at the bottom of the dungeon) to raise my fame to where it should be. That way, I should be able to get better reforge results.

The story:
It's the 16 hour 36 min mark and I'm at clvl 50 already. I spent a bit of time at Mount Olympus and the challenge has gotten real. I nearly got killed by Athena at one point with my HP in the 50s(?) at one point. And an available Scroll of Teleport Level saved me. Right now, I'm on a fancy special level on Mount Olympus with the largest Pattern vault I've ever seen in my entire PosChengband career. Check out the screenshot, "Pattern vault for the ages". I'm not sure if I'll stay on this level much longer. But, we'll see. At least, Peltor 470 was able to kill his first Ultimate Magus!
