Strangely for 3.2, I never found any boots of speed despite the huge amount of footwear. Found Wormtongue, and then nothing until Dal-i-thalion right at the end. I admit this was more than made up for by finding both Cubragol and Ringil. With a potion of speed thrown in, I faced Morgoth at +51 speed; faster than I have ever been.
