Question Angband tilesets

Hey everyone,

pretty new to angband and roguelikes in general, but I've most recently been playing a lot of dcss and was looking for a switch. Can't say I'm a fan of ascii. Are there any tilesets available for angband besides the default one included with th game that make it more visually 'pleasing'?

There are four included. Are you playing on windows, and if not, what?

The 32x32 David Gervias (I hope I spelled that right) tiles are the best available. Check my profile page for info on other variants with graphics (more or less).

I'm currently using the gervais tiles. Didn't realize I had to mess with the ini to get them to work. They were ''greyed out' in the menu on install.

I believe they remain greyed out until you actually create a character and appear in town. If they are still greyed after that, then it's a bug. Of course, fiddling with the INI works just as well.
