Create arrows

Why are rangers only allowed to create arrows? This kinda ruins the depth of choosing between crossbows and bows. And I probably agree that creating sling shots is too much but why not create bolts?

I think Huorns et all should take extra dice damage from axes, with fire branded axes doing really big damage

And there should be silver tipped arrows that one shot vampire lords

And as Rangers level up so should their quiver size so that they should be able to carry 80 arrows instead of 40 by the time they reach level 40.

I like this dynamic. And by level 45 their launcher instantly transforms into the BFG from Doom and splatters mobs of greater demons all over the dungeon wall.

I feel like rangers are probably the second easiest class in the game since the latest buffs. Let's push them to the top spot.

Originally (for the first 28 years of Angband) rangers only got extra shots with bows. This changed a few months ago (discussion in this thread), and part of the intention was to keep the three types of launchers distinct, and to favour bows on the whole for rangers.
