End Game for Ranger

I would like some advice on what I should use for end game tactics. I'm trying to maximize based on what I have (yes, I know, I am probably MORE than ready, but this is my first time even this deep in the dungeon!)

I would also love some general advice on the ranger end-game please! I'm at dl90 with all resists. It's my first time past dl60, believe it or not. No scumming, just being very careful.

Anyone care to offer a few helpful tips on kit/strategy/etc for us first-time Morgoth killers?

Just get your HP up to max, and kill Sauron with Acid-branded arrows. (With Bard, it will take ~25-30 shots, or about 10 player turns. He barely has time to summon.)

For M, the standard rules apply:
* Plenty of healing
* ?Phase door
* Reliable escapes for summons (?Teleportation, ?Banishment, ?Mass Banishment.)
* Plenty of Teleport other
* Full buffing

Assuming you have Bard will need ~70-100 arrows with slay evil, or ~150-200 high-damage arrows without. (Don't count on reusing many arrows from the floor. Mana Storm and earthquakes will destroy many.)

Letting M get in some melee can help break up LOS for his summons.
