Lesser vault-miniature cell

Exactly how small is this thing, because i can't find it. I've been making tunnels everywhere. Is it even hidden?

I'm guessing you have the cheat on that reveals information about level generation?

Miniature Cell should look like a small +-shaped room with 5 items and 5 monsters in it:

There should also be at least one corridor leading up to it, so tunneling should not be required.

Incidentally, back in the day this thing used to be seriously overpowered -- it could generate monsters up to 40 levels out-of-depth as well as powerful items. But due to the way monsters get generated, in my experience it was more common for you to just get a single group of monsters hogging all the spaces in the vault, and they were more easily dealt with. Nowadays it's less extreme, which is probably for the best. Oh well.

It'd be nice if vault monsters weren't generated in groups.

Tried the cheat out, got Boots of Feanor from a hidden vault. Yeah, I have it on.

I have a room close to that, but its a lot bigger.
