Where to get latest 309e(ef) source?

I've been trying to figure out where Eddie's source is located, and have only found the original 3.0.9e. Are the later ef versions available somewhere?

It's a moving target, and nothing since 3.0.9e has been stable, so I haven't released an official next version. Send email to me eddiegrove@hotmail.com and specify win executable if you cannot compile the source yourself. I can't either, but sometimes I get helpful volunteers. I fix and also introduce new bugs every day or two.

I've finally figured out the right way to do things, but the process of removing hacks is long and prone to error.
