[MAngband] Problem reaching mangband.org

Still having no luck connecting to mangband.org (website, forums, metaserver, game servers..). So I'm gonna try my luck on these forums, if anyone has any idea what to do to fix the problem...
Here's the problem: everything was fine until last week, and then it was impossible to reach anything located on mangband.org... I'm now unable to get latest news from MAngband website (this is annoying for me, since I'm currently coding a variant based on MAngband and a new version of MAngband was just released with a ton of bugfixes and enhancements ), to post and read posts on the forums, and the worst of all... I cannot play anymore on the main server
However, using IRC to connect to the MAngband IRC channel, I see that many many people can connect fine to the server and play normally (thanks to a little bot coded by the MAngband dev team, you can follow all in-game chat with IRC... cool eh?). These people seem to live all in UK, US or northern Europe... I live in France, could it be some local problem?
Just for information... ping done directly on the server's ip fails, using a fixed DNS server (openDNS) fails too, so I'm starting to be out of good ideas Is it a problem in the server configuration? Site blacklisted somewhere?

At this point it does seem like that. (I'm in the U.S., but I have to use OpenDNS to get there; my ISP's DNS is blasted by the config issues and can't get there). The stealth nameserver DNS problems I saw when I checked on it before (RGRA) indicated that the non-stealth nameservers were in France.

I can't ping the server IP either (even though I do reach the server). I'd still suspect a firewall or similar effect.

Either that, or your ISP, would be my first guess. Neither is easily corrected, so I really do hope those possibilities aren't it.

I can resolve the hostname, access the website, ping the server. Everything looks very normal from over here.

Yes... sounds like it's only related to people living in France...
The best solution would be to fix the configuration of the server to avoid this type of problems...
