YACD - Dwarven Priest
I have never gotten this far before, so I am feeling a bit nervous. I can't seem to keep all of my resistance holes filled, but I also need to get rid of some stuff off of my back and in my house. Just not sure what to keep and what to safely let go.

Well I now have taken care of the rpois problem, here is my new dump
http://angband.oook.cz/ladder-show.php?id=11238 Now, what to keep and what to get rid of, is Calris worth keeping? How important is it to get immunities for the basic four? |

Use Calris as disenchanter-swap and Caspanion as main armor until you find Elessar or Trickery. Or use RoRPoison in place of Narya. Immunities are not important. Good to have, but not important. They just make elemental dragon pits easy, so I suggest that you carry Taratol too. Good amulet of Wis would be better than Devotion. |

Do all amulets of Devotion carry the same wisdom plus and other characteristics?
I had been using Gurthang because it covered my rpois and allowed me to use Celeborn to cover rdisenchant. Rilia could cover both, but does not do a lot of damage. |

For disenchantment resistance you need something, but disenchanters are rare enough that you can play with swaps against them. If you like permanent resist (don't trust that you know all the disenchanters yet (use probing)) you could try Caspanion with Gil-Galad, if I'm reading the chart right you still have 18/200 CON with Gil-Galad & Caspanion if you swap Thorin to it. You lose +4 to STR but you have 18/200 even without that and Gurthang. You also use useless cloak. Keep eye on Protection, aman and magi cloaks. Maybe you get lucky. At this point even Stealth would be better than that one. |

IIRC Protection cloaks always give resist shards and that's it. No random factors there.

You are correct, checked object.txt and it has 1+M3 for devotion. I guess I have always squelched them before finding +4 one. Anyway, with Arkenstone all that Devotion gives that AoWis doesn't is resist fire, lite and sustain CHR and bonus to CHR, IE completely useless features.

I am currently using Aule and Caspanion, with Celeborn as a swap for disenchant. My speed is above 21, so I can carry the extra stuff. Is there a case where I would need rpoison and rdisenchant from the same monster? I have yet to see another artifact cloak, and will be looking at all cloaks for a swap. |
