Have you considered adding any movement based combat ala Sil?

Sil has options to flank - move adjacent and strike, ZOC - like flanking with the target moving, controlled retreat and set polearms

Got round to trying this out. First impression is...

Got round to trying this out. First impression is its fun and has a nice pace to it. So far healing consumables seem a little stingy and device drops a little generous. Also there's no ladder yet....
