I changed my user icon awhile ago, and it seems to show up in my profile, but doesn't get used in the forum. Maybe I messed up somehow?

It'd be nice if we could send a PM to a user, even if that user hasn't posted enough to send PMs to other people yet. Some people use the site to dump characters on the ladder without posting in the forums.

The private messages don't seem to be working right now. It only allows these 'visitor messages' or email.

Can you ban Vogrim from forums? He has attitude we really don't need here.

Two things...

1: I'm no longer able to send PM's on this forum

2: One of our members noticed that the site no longer allows uploads to the modules section. I checked the ftp, and sure enough the folder doesn't have write permissions. However, when I go into filezilla and attempt to change this, the system reads out the following message:

Status: Set permissions of '/tome-site/modules' to '777'
Command: SITE CHMOD 777 modules
Response: 550 modules: Operation not permitted.

So, I'm not sure if I'm attempting to edit permissions on the wrong directory or if its something that you have to go in and fix...

hmmm.... it looks like darkgod's account has been hacked on the tome forums... iirc you are the host, could you do something about it?

I posted my non-competition character to the competition ladder by mistake - could you delete it please?

Hi, I posted a few characters on the Ladder under my old email address (barlowguy18@yahoo.com) before you started the forum. Is there any way to connect these characters to my forum name?
